Last updated: September 25, 2026. Official Leaf ("we") sells one poster. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Order details: when you buy the poster, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, and shipping address so we can fulfill your order. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Emails you send us: if you write to [email protected], we keep your message so we can answer it.
• Basic hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare) records standard technical data such as IP addresses and pages requested, used for security and reliability.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no passwords, no marketing list. We won't email you unless it's about your order or you wrote to us first.
• We don't sell or share your personal information with anyone except the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments) and our print partner (fulfillment), who receives only your name and shipping address.
• No advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Cookies

Stripe's secure checkout may set cookies required to process your payment. We set none ourselves.

Your rights

You're in Ontario, Canada, and so are we. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, any time at [email protected]. Order records we need for tax purposes are kept as required by law.
